Volunteer Building Cambodia

Founded in 2014, Volunteer Building Cambodia (VBC) is a locally-run NGO based in Siem Reap, Cambodia, dedicated to improving living conditions for disadvantaged communities and combating poverty. They provide impoverished families with proper housing, wells, WASH systems, and solar systems.

By providing these basic necessities of life VBC aims to empower community members to focus on making their income, raising their families, and building their way out of poverty. Supplementary to their building programs, the organization runs the VBC Community Centre which offers free daily computer and English language classes for over 200 students. In providing safe, secure housing, sanitation facilities, and education VBC hopes to help break the poverty cycle and support its families on their journeys to self-sufficiency.
